What is Jeet Kune Do



What is the difference between Jeet Kune Do and other martial arts. Just watch this video and leave a comment on what you think. I would like to know what most people think about Jeet Kune Do.

Jeet Kune Do is not even a martial art I heard its a way of thinking.

You are correct. Jeet Kune Do is a philosophy. Use what is useful, Reject what is useless, Make it your own.

The Marital Art was Jun Fun Gung Fu.
